We focus on Series A and Series B funding rounds but will selectively evaluate opportunities outside this band.

Capital Raise Support includes, but is not limited to:
​- Assistance preparing investor deck.
- Preparation of a detailed financial model (to a standard required by professional investors)
- Preparation of supporting analysis and investor-ready materials (addressable market analysis, customer acquisition & lifetime value, etc.)
- Dataroom establishment and ongoing management.
- Support in engaging investors, management of investor Q&A and due diligence.
- Upon signing a term sheet, working with lawyers and other advisors to efficiently achieve financial close and receipts of funds.
